The first phase of this project is a $2M renovation of the village’s church and the creation of Le Sanctuaire 5.1, a recording and mixing studio that offers state-of-the-art technology and a simultaneously immersive, invigorating and contemplative creative experience.

RECORDING AT LE SANCTUAIRE: A DIVINE EXPERIENCE

Because of its rich history and its serene environment, Saint-Adrien’s old church offers its occupants a space to create that is as calm and contemplative as it is invigorating.

• Proximity to the city of  Montreal, the city of Québec and the american border (approximately 90 mins from each), right at the crossroads of the Eastern Townships and the Centre-du-Québec region.

• At the foot of Mont-Ham, renowned for rolling fields and spectacular views. This mountain presides above the region at an imposing 713 metres in altitude.

• Neighbouring a four star bed and breakfast that was once the church’s presbytery, offering a comfortable, rural experience with a friendly, turnkey style.
